Who will my order ship with?
Unframed prints are sent via Australia Post with a tracking number.
Will I have to sign for my order?
No, only framed prints require a signature on delivery.
When will my order be sent?
Memento prints that are in stock will be dispatched within 2 business days.
Unframed statement prints are printed to order and require up to 7 business days to be dispatched.
If you have an urgent order please email info@kiahstudio.com or contact us and we will advise of our best possible time frame for postage.
What countries do you ship to?
Due to COVID restrictions we currently only ship within Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The estimates below were calculated pre-COVID. Please refer to the Australia Post website for current updates.
AU orders:
- Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days for NSW residents and 3-6 business days for other states and territories.
- Express shipping is delivered on the next business day for all Australian capital cities and metro areas (except Darwin CBD and Perth Metro). All other areas will receive express parcels in 2-3 business days.
What will my shipping cost?
AU orders:
- $10 flat rate standard shipping
- $15 flat rate express shipping
How will my prints be packaged?
Memento prints are house in a protective sleeve and packed in a rigid mailer. Each mailer is padded to minimise any movement in transit.
Statement prints are rolled and secured with acid-free tissue paper before being placed in a mailing tube.
